These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Rapid Fingerprint website and the fingerprinting, background-screening, identification, notary, and related services provided by Rapid Fingerprint. By using this website, scheduling an appointment, submitting information, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
Rapid Fingerprint provides professional services that may include electronic fingerprinting, ink fingerprint cards, background-screening submissions, identity verification, document support, notary services, and other related services.
Available services may vary by location, appointment type, requesting agency, and applicable program requirements. Rapid Fingerprint may modify, suspend, or discontinue a service when necessary.
Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service and providing complete and accurate information.
Before attending an appointment, clients should confirm the following with their employer, licensing board, attorney, government agency, or other requesting organization:
Rapid Fingerprint is not responsible for delays, rejected applications, incorrect routing, or additional fees caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client or requesting agency.
Clients must present valid, unexpired identification that meets the requirements of the selected service.
Photocopies, screenshots, altered documents, expired identification, or identification that cannot be verified may not be accepted. Rapid Fingerprint may refuse service when identification appears invalid, damaged, inconsistent, or potentially fraudulent.
The name on the identification should match the name used for the fingerprint submission or application.
Clients should arrive on time and bring all required documentation. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting other appointments.
Rapid Fingerprint may establish separate cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies. Booking fees, convenience fees, agency charges, and completed services may be nonrefundable.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until the appointment has been confirmed.
Payment is due at the time of booking or service unless another arrangement has been approved.
Prices may include service fees, government fees, transmission fees, convenience fees, card-processing fees, or other third-party charges. Fees may vary depending on the requesting agency and service selected.
Rapid Fingerprint reserves the right to correct pricing errors and update service fees without prior notice.
Fingerprinting and related service fees are generally nonrefundable after fingerprints have been captured, printed, processed, transmitted, or submitted.
Refunds are not normally issued because of:
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Rapid Fingerprint may electronically transmit fingerprint records or prepare physical fingerprint cards based on the selected service.
Processing times are controlled by the appropriate government agency, licensing board, employer, or reviewing organization. Rapid Fingerprint cannot guarantee when results will be completed, reviewed, approved, or delivered.
Submission confirmation does not mean that a background check has been completed or approved.
Rapid Fingerprint does not determine whether a client is eligible for employment, licensing, immigration benefits, housing, certification, or another opportunity.
Background-check results are commonly delivered directly to the authorized requesting agency. Rapid Fingerprint may not receive, retain, or have access to the final results.
Questions about the content of a background check should be directed to the agency that requested or reviewed the submission.
Fingerprint quality may be affected by dry skin, moisture, scars, injury, age, occupation, worn fingerprint patterns, or other physical conditions.
Rapid Fingerprint will make reasonable efforts to obtain clear fingerprints but cannot guarantee that a government agency will accept every submission.
A resubmission may be available when fingerprints are rejected because of image quality and the reviewing agency permits another attempt. Clients may be required to provide the original rejection notice, transaction number, or other documentation.
Additional fees may apply when a new service, different ORI number, new agency submission, or separate transaction is required.
Rapid Fingerprint works to keep website information accurate and current. However, service descriptions, fees, processing-time estimates, agency requirements, and availability may change.
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and should not replace instructions issued by a government agency, licensing board, employer, attorney, or other requesting organization.
Rapid Fingerprint may correct errors or update website content at any time.
Rapid Fingerprint may collect personal information necessary to schedule appointments, verify identity, process payments, complete fingerprint submissions, and communicate with clients.
Personal information will be handled according to applicable privacy practices and the Rapid Fingerprint Privacy Policy.
Clients should not submit sensitive information through unsecured communication methods unless specifically instructed.
Clients may not use the Rapid Fingerprint website or services to:
Rapid Fingerprint may refuse or terminate service when fraudulent, unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful conduct is suspected.
Rapid Fingerprint reserves the right to refuse service when:
When possible, Rapid Fingerprint will explain whether the appointment can be rescheduled.
To the extent permitted by law, Rapid Fingerprint is not responsible for indirect losses, missed employment opportunities, licensing delays, application denials, lost income, travel expenses, government delays, or decisions made by third-party agencies.
Rapid Fingerprint’s responsibility is limited to providing the service purchased based on the information supplied by the client.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Rapid Fingerprint may transmit information to government departments, background-screening systems, payment processors, shipping providers, or other authorized third parties.
Those organizations operate under their own policies, procedures, systems, and processing schedules. Rapid Fingerprint is not responsible for third-party outages, delays, decisions, or changes in requirements.
The Rapid Fingerprint name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, and other branded materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, and government agency references remain the property of their respective owners.
Rapid Fingerprint may update these Terms and Conditions when services, policies, legal requirements, or business practices change.
Revised terms become effective when posted on the website. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted under the laws applicable to the location where Rapid Fingerprint operates, unless another law is required.
