● Dry or worn skin
● Moisture
● Scarring
● Injury
● Occupation
● Other physical conditions
Our technicians make every reasonable effort to obtain the highest-quality fingerprint images
possible.
When permitted by the reviewing agency, clients whose fingerprints are rejected due to image
quality may qualify for a complimentary resubmission, provided they present the original
rejection notice or transaction information.
Additional fees may apply if:
● The original fingerprints were completed by another provider
● A different ORI number or requesting agency is provided
● The agency requires a completely new transaction
● The resubmission is requested outside the permitted time frame
● Incorrect information supplied by the client caused the rejection
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Rapid Fingerprint
as soon as possible. Appointments canceled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled.
Refund requests are considered in accordance with this policy and may be subject to
processing or booking fees. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be
nonrefundable. Clients arriving late may be asked to reschedule to avoid disrupting other
scheduled appointments.
If you believe you were charged twice or billed incorrectly, please contact Rapid Fingerprint promptly. Verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.
Before your appointment, clients should verify all fingerprinting requirements with the requesting
employer, licensing board, attorney, school, healthcare facility, or government agency.
Rapid Fingerprint is not responsible for applications that are delayed, denied, or rejected
because a client:
● Provided incorrect ORI or agency information
● Selected the wrong fingerprinting service
● Missed an agency deadline
● Failed to follow agency instructions
● Submitted inaccurate personal information
Fingerprinting service fees are generally nonrefundable once fingerprints have been:
● Captured
● Processed
● Printed
● Transmitted
● Submitted to the requesting agency
Refunds are generally not available for:
● Incorrect ORI numbers or agency information provided by the client
● Failure to bring acceptable identification
● Background check processing delays
● Criminal history contained in background check results
● Employment or licensing denials
● Missed appointments or late arrivals
● Completed fingerprinting services
● Changes made by the requesting agency after submission
● Duplicate fingerprinting requested by an employer or licensing agency Government, agency, transmission, and processing fees are typically nonrefundable once a fingerprint submission has been initiated.
At Rapid Fingerprint, we are committed to providing accurate, professional, and timely
fingerprinting services. Please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment
or submitting payment.
Fingerprint records are submitted electronically or prepared on fingerprint cards according to the
requirements of the requesting employer, licensing board, government agency, or other
authorized organization.
Clients are responsible for providing:
● A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
● The correct ORI number or requesting agency information
● Any required authorization forms or supporting documents
● Accurate personal information, including legal name, date of birth, address, and Social
Security number (when required)
Rapid Fingerprint is not responsible for delays, rejected submissions, or incorrectly routed
fingerprint results caused by inaccurate information provided by the client or requesting agency.
Electronic fingerprint submissions are typically transmitted after your appointment has been
completed. Processing times are determined by the:
● Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE)
● Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
● Requesting employer
● Licensing board
● Government agency
Rapid Fingerprint does not control:
● Background check processing times
● Approval or licensing decisions
● Eligibility determinations
● Release of background check results
Results are generally sent directly to the requesting agency, and Rapid Fingerprint may not
receive or have access to them.
